Leonard T. D’Amico determined to be a successful businessman like his father, his namesake, he made a decision in 1982 that changed his life. He decided to take a huge risk and enter the Real Estate Industry. During the next 22 years the industry presented many challenges but through hard work, innovation and perseverance it paid off. Then in 2004, after many successful Real Estate ventures, Len co-founded The D & F Development Group, LLC (D&F) and has been co-owner since then.

Michael Florey is an Acquisitions and Development Associate for The D&F Development Group and a salesperson for LTD Real Estate. Prior to Michael Joining D&F and LTD he was a Senior Broker for Cushman & Wakefield in Retail Services and Investment Sales and was also a Senior Broker for Sabre Real Estate Group.

Lauren D’Amico is a Marketing and Development Associate at The D&F Development Group. She graduated from St. Johns University with her Bachelor’s degree in 2010. In 2012, along with her business partner, she made her first venture into the business world by managing and operating a Massage Envy Franchise location. As her knowledge and experience grew, two years later, the business was able to expand to an additional location.
